How We Help:

After becoming a mom, I realized just how tough it is to balance family, work, and personal health. Like many moms, I tried all the common quick fixes—restricting carbs, calorie counting, endless cardio, squeezing in 30-minute workouts that never seemed to fit into my day, and following complicated meal plans that just didn’t work. These approaches only left me feeling frustrated, burned out, and stuck in a cycle of short-term results and long-term disappointment.

The root cause? A constant lack of time and energy, combined with the overwhelm and guilt of trying to do it all. You’ve probably tried the same things—cutting out whole food groups, counting every calorie, or doing extreme workouts, but it’s not sustainable because it doesn’t fit into real mom life. These drastic changes never stick, and the stress just adds to the problem.

That’s why I created Mommy and Me Fitness. I help busy moms, like you, regain control over their health with a simple, sustainable approach that works for real life. Here’s how:
